What we do

When a retailer decides to sell their items domestically, they will often entrust the help of a single carrier. In the UK, that may be a courier like Hermes, or a postal service like Royal Mail.

But when it comes to international delivery, and there are customers in over 252 countries and territories to deliver to, choosing a single carrier is no longer an option. Evri don't operate in Spain; Royal Mail don't operate in Canada; Yodel don't operate in the UAE. You get the drift.

Each country will have its own carriers, and very few retailers have the volumes required to have contracts with all of them. Even if they did, the effort required to maintain them would hardly be worth it.

That's where MHI come in. As a multi-carrier solution, we have three decades of direct injection carrier contracts with 80+ couriers and postal offices worldwide. Our clients use us as their single solution, gaining access to our carrier network without the need to negotiate multiple individual contracts.

How we do it

Once you’ve become an MHI client, you will have tariffs for all of your key destinations, and the confidence to promote yourself in new markets all over the world. When those overseas orders begin rolling in, we’ll be all set to deliver your goods to the world.

Your pre-fulfilled goods will be sent down to our unique Bristol processing facility where they will be processed by our skilled operations teams. Each parcel will be handled with care, weighed, its barcode scanned by our system, which will pick up the country and indicate the correct carrier to complete final mile delivery.

This information will be fed back, and you will receive a set of unique tracking codes for your parcels. This will keep your customer service teams in the loop at all time, and equipped to deal with any tracking queries that come their way.

After that, your goods will be exported, and injected into the relevant carrier's delivery network, before the final mile delivery is completed and your customer receives their order.

Upload Address Data

Securely upload your customer data as and when you receive an order, or bulk upload via CSV, API or SFTP. Nexae generates a universal label which will give you access to all of our carriers.


Your customer service team will have full visibility of all despatched orders through our tracking portal. You'll also be kept updated with news of delays and externalities within the delivery network.


Nexae gives you the option to book a collection from your HQ into MHI's facility using our UK delivery contracts. If you have your own transport, use Nexae to alert our warehouse of when to expect your goods to arrive.


International returns can be a challenge to manage, especially when using multiple carriers. With Nexae, you can manage all your cross-border returns in one place, whilst utilising our reverse logistics network.
