Your pre-fulfilled goods will be sent down to our unique Bristol processing facility where they will be processed by our skilled operations teams. Each parcel will be handled with care, weighed, its barcode scanned by our system, which will pick up the country and indicate the correct carrier to complete final mile delivery.
This information will be fed back, and you will receive a set of unique tracking codes for your parcels. This will keep your customer service teams in the loop at all time, and equipped to deal with any tracking queries that come their way.
After that, your goods will be exported, and injected into the relevant carrier's delivery network, before the final mile delivery is completed and your customer receives their order.
